How Much Does a Cold Email Agency Cost in Australia?
The short answer
Our cold email packages for Australian agencies cost A$5,000, A$7,500 or A$8,000 for a 90-day campaign, paid upfront, which works out at about A$1,666 to A$2,666 a month. The price depends on volume, channels and who handles replies: Sprint targets 30 ICP-fit meetings, Sprint Pro adds LinkedIn and targets 45, and the fully managed Agency Outreach System targets 60. They are targets, not guarantees, and you can test first with a one-month Free Campaign.

There are no percentage-of-revenue fees and no per-meeting charges on top.
What makes the price go up
The three packages differ in three ways:
- Volume. More prospects need more data, more verified emails and more sending capacity.
- Channels. Sprint Pro and the Agency Outreach System add done-for-you LinkedIn outreach alongside cold email.
- Who handles replies. On Sprint and Sprint Pro, interested replies come to you and your team takes it from there. On the Agency Outreach System, we manage the replies and follow-ups and book the meetings into your calendar.
What are you actually paying for?
You're paying for data, sending infrastructure and the people who run them. Every package includes the following, and the Agency Outreach System runs all of it fully done for you:
| Component | What it does | Why it costs |
|---|---|---|
| Strategy and targeting | Picks verticals, regions, job titles, proof and exclusions with you | Human time on calls and onboarding |
| Company discovery | Discolike lookalike and query search, Google local scraping, tech-stack lists | Data, plus grading every company YES, BORDERLINE or NO |
| Email finding and verification | AnyMailFinder: decision maker first, company email as the fallback | Credits per verified address |
| Sending infrastructure | 5 domains and 10 Google Workspace inboxes a month, in your name and branding, warmed before they send | Domains and mailboxes bought monthly |
| Sending platform | Instantly, plain text, tracking off | Software licence |
| Copy | 5 initial emails plus 5 follow-up alternatives per campaign | Writing and testing time |
| QC and client review | Clean, deduped lists and copy sent to you for sign-off | Checking time |
| Retargeting | Non-repliers get a new angle and a lower-friction ask | Further sends |
| Lead handover | Interested replies forwarded to you with the full thread | Daily inbox monitoring |
| Reporting | Agency Portal with every campaign in one view, 24/7 | Software and review time |
The sending domains carry your name and brand, so outreach feels native while your main domain's reputation stays protected. The maths shows why infrastructure is a real cost: 10 inboxes at up to 30 emails each is about 300 new-contact emails a day. Volume grows by adding inboxes, never by sending harder from the same ones.
You also own what we build. If the engagement ends, we transfer the sending domains to you, because they're your IP.
Fixed price vs pay-per-meeting vs revenue share: which model works?
A fixed-price campaign, because results depend on inputs both sides control.
| Model | How you pay | Who controls the inputs | The usual trade-off |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fixed-price campaign (our model) | One agreed fee for a 90-day scope | Shared: the agency runs data, copy and sending; you supply the offer, proof and sales follow-up | You pay before results arrive; the agency has a full 90 days to test properly |
| Monthly retainer | A fee each month for an agreed scope | Shared, as above | More flexible, but short engagements rarely leave time to test and adapt |
| Pay-per-meeting | A fee per booked meeting | Mostly the provider, who often decides what counts as a meeting | Low upfront risk, but a reason to book volume over fit |
| Revenue share | A percentage of closed revenue | Mostly you, because the close happens in your sales process | Aligned on paper, hard to track and attribute |
We don't work on a pure pay-per-meeting or revenue share model because outcomes depend on inputs on both sides: positioning, offer, targeting and the sales process. Without control over those, performance-only models tend to break down, and that's usually where agencies' bad experiences with lead gen come from. We work as the technical partner behind your outbound.
We hear the buyer's side of this often: agency owners who tried a cheap cost-per-lead or appointment-setting provider and got little out of it.
We've tried pay-per-meeting and success-fee models over the years and went back to fixed pricing.
What should you get for the money?
Across our clients, most can expect 15-30 interested leads and 10-20 ICP-fit meetings per month. Our package targets sit inside that range: 30, 45 or 60 meetings over 90 days.
Check the definitions in every quote. For us a "lead" is an interested reply, not a raw contact, and a meeting is a booked call. When we agree a target with a client, we're clear which of the two it counts.
You should also get speed and visibility:
- Launch: onboarding on day 1, first campaign live by day 7.
- Your time: about 20 minutes for the onboarding questions, 1-2 hours across onboarding calls, then about 20 minutes a week reviewing leads and copy.
- Control: you see every lead list and every email before it goes out. Nothing launches without your sign-off.
- Reporting: the Agency Portal shows every campaign in one view, 24/7, so you can see which industries, offers and audiences perform best.
- Replies: when a lead replies, we forward the full thread to your primary inbox and send a notification. You reply on that thread, or from the outreach inbox with yourself in CC. On the Agency Outreach System, we manage the replies and follow-ups and book the meetings for you.
Is cold email worth it for your agency? How to work out the ROI
It's worth it when one new client covers the engagement. Check it with five numbers from your own agency.
| Input | Letter | Your number |
|---|---|---|
| ICP-fit meetings per month | M | |
| Close rate on those meetings | C | |
| Average monthly client value | V | |
| Months a typical client stays | R | |
| The package's monthly equivalent | F |
The lifetime revenue from one month of meetings is roughly M × C × V × R. Compare it with F, that month's share of the fee.
A simple example: if your average client pays A$3,000 a month and stays 12 months, one new client is worth A$36,000. That's more than seven times the A$5,000 cost of a Sprint. Use your own figures; these are illustrative.
Cold email suits agencies with an offer that already wins work, clear commercial outcomes, relevant case studies, capacity for more clients and a definable target market. As our site puts it: "It is less likely to work for agencies with unproven delivery, very low client values, or no capacity to take on new customers."
SearchBar added $16.5k MRR from NDIS businesses in 90 days. See results for 17 agencies.
The honest limit: we book the meeting, you close the deal. We don't guarantee a set number of sales, because the final conversion depends on things outside our control, such as your offer, pricing, sales process and follow-up.
Speed is the part you control. The highest-return thing you can do is call a lead within 5 minutes of their reply.

Which package should you choose?
- Sprint if you want a steady pipeline from cold email and have someone who can reply to leads quickly.
- Sprint Pro if your buyers are active on LinkedIn and you want both channels working the same list.
- Agency Outreach System if you don't have the time to manage replies and follow-ups, and want meetings booked straight into your calendar.

Why a 90-day engagement?
Because 90 days is the minimum to test properly. As our site's FAQ says: "We require an initial 90-day commitment so we have enough time to properly build, test and optimise your campaign."
- Month 1: split-test industry segments and copy.
- Month 2: retarget month-one non-repliers with a new angle, and double down on the winning segment.
- Month 3: scale what works and retarget months one and two.
Early signs come quickly. Time to first lead was same day to about 7 days in 7 of 8 launches (2025-2026). Full momentum typically builds over 60-90 days as we optimise based on real reply data.
Red flags when comparing cold email agency quotes
These are the warning signs we'd look for before signing with any provider:
- No clear price or scope. You should know what you're paying, for how many prospects and over how long.
- A guarantee that isn't in the contract. A real guarantee is written into the contract. If it only appears in the sales pitch, it isn't one.
- Pay-per-meeting with no say over your offer or targeting. Very cheap per-appointment pricing usually means someone else decides what counts as an appointment.
- Sending from your main domain. It risks sending your everyday email, including post-sales-call follow-ups, to spam. Use alias domains.
- Open-rate reporting. The tracking pixel hurts deliverability. Judge on interested replies and booked meetings.
- No list or copy review before launch. You should see every list and email first.
- You don't own the domains. Ask what happens to them when the engagement ends.
- Claims you can't check. Ask to speak to their clients and what they count as a "meeting". We're happy to introduce prospects to our clients.
Can you test cold email before committing?
Yes, with our Free Campaign. We build, launch and manage a one-month cold email campaign for your agency with no agency, strategy, sourcing or copywriting fee.
It covers up to 2,500 prospects across two ideal customer profiles and targets up to 5 ICP-fit meetings. You pay a US$85 infrastructure fee for the domains and inboxes, you handle the replies, and there's no lock-in. If it works, we can talk about a 90-day package from there.

FAQ
How much does a cold email agency cost in Australia?
Our packages cost A$5,000 (Sprint), A$7,500 (Sprint Pro) or A$8,000 (Agency Outreach System) for a 90-day campaign, paid upfront. That is about A$1,666 to A$2,666 a month. Each includes strategy, lead sourcing, copywriting, sending domains and inboxes, retargeting and reporting. The higher tiers add LinkedIn outreach and, on the Agency Outreach System, full reply and follow-up management.
Is pay-per-meeting lead generation worth it for agencies?
It looks safer, but performance-only models tend to break down because results depend on inputs on both sides: positioning, offer, targeting and your sales process. A provider paid per meeting also has a reason to book volume over fit. If you choose one, check who decides what counts as a meeting, whether you approve the targeting and copy, and whether you keep the sending domains.
What's included in a cold email agency package?
Ours include strategy, lead sourcing and verification, copywriting, 5 sending domains and 10 inboxes a month set up in your name and branding, quality control with your sign-off before launch, retargeting campaigns, the Agency Portal and lead handover. Sprint Pro adds done-for-you LinkedIn outreach. The Agency Outreach System adds LinkedIn plus management of replies, follow-ups and meeting booking.
How long should you commit to a cold email agency?
Our packages are fixed 90-day engagements, because 90 days is the minimum to test properly. Month one split-tests segments and copy. Month two retargets non-repliers with a new angle and doubles down on the winning segment. Month three scales what works. Momentum typically builds over 60 to 90 days as campaigns are optimised on real reply data.
Do cold email agencies in Australia guarantee meetings?
We don't. The meeting numbers in our packages are targets, not guarantees, and our terms say so. How prospects respond and how your team runs the sales conversation are outside our control. If another agency offers a guarantee, check that it is written into the contract and what they count as a meeting, because an interested reply and a booked call are different things.
Can I try cold email before paying for an agency?
Yes. Our Free Campaign runs a one-month cold email campaign to up to 2,500 prospects across two ideal customer profiles, targeting up to 5 ICP-fit meetings. There is no agency, strategy, sourcing or copywriting fee. You pay a US$85 infrastructure fee for the domains and inboxes, handle the replies yourself and are free to stop after the month.
