TAM Discovery
We built the target account list around Shopify Merchants, Shopify Plus and DTC Brands in the Shopify market. Accounts were qualified by category fit, commercial intent, company size signals and whether the agency service would solve an obvious growth problem. The final list prioritised prospects most likely to understand Shopify Dev, Paid Media and CRO and have budget to move.
Copywriting
Every cold email was written in CleanCommit's founder voice. We led each send with a specific observation about the prospect's business, then connected that observation to the agency's most relevant service proof.
